What is the Mozilla Developer Center?
The Mozilla Developer Center (MDC) supports the growth and development of Firefox and the web by providing comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation and news about Firefox, Mozilla, and web development technologies.
Our primary audiences are:
- Web developers -- People who create the myriad sites and content for the web.
- Firefox extension and XUL application developers
- Mozilla contributors -- The "loose band of freewheeling computer programmers from around the world" who create the Mozilla technologies at the foundation of all of this.
What is the future of the Mozilla Developer Center?
The Mozilla Developer Center is positioned to take a leadership role in providing a valuable and community-driven resource for web development. We've build the foundation now for a comprehensive, usable, accurate, and valuable resource that developers will use on a daily basis.
If you have any ideas about what this project could become (or how to get there), please come join the fun.
