Tabasco Seared Pepper Steak

Recipes Ingredients:

1/3 ts Tabasco(R) sauce
Cracked black pepper
8 oz Filet or Strip steak

Recipe Instructions:

Place a Filet Mignon or New York Strip Steak on the cutting board.Briskly,rub about 1/3 tsp. Tabasco pepper Sauce on EACH side of steak.Sprinkle,liberally,with coarse,cracked black pepper and pat the pepper into the steak. Grill over a Hot fire,searing the steak,quickly,on both sides before cooking it,slowly,over the corner of the grill.Serve Steak medium to medium rare.
