3 oz. Chocolate couverture

Recipe Instructions:

Temper Chocolate according to manufacturer's instructions. Pour most onto marble slab; let cool. Place remaining melted Chocolate in pastry bag with size 0 tip; pipe desired ornaments onto parchment. Let set at room temperature. Scrape Chocolate on marble slab to form shavings or scrolls.
