Bean Burgers&Horseradish

Recipes Ingredients:

1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans,
rinsed and well drained
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat
Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup dry Bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 Egg white or
2 tablespoons cholesterol-free
Egg product
4 whole wheat Hamburger buns, split
Horseradish Sauce
4 slices tomato
4 lettuce leaves

HORSERADISH SAUCE
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

Recipe Instructions:

Spray 10-inch nonstick Skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Mash beans in medium bowl. Mix in cheese, Bread crumbs, onions, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and Egg white. Shape into 4 patties. Cook in Skillet over medium heat about 10 minutes, turning once, until light brown. Serve on buns with Horseradish Sauce, tomato and lettuce. 4 servings HORSERADISH Sauce Mix all ingredients.
