Recipes Ingredients:
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup minced onions
1 cup julienned Danish Ham and/or tongue
salt and pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sauce
toast or prepared artichoke bottoms
fresh parsley
Brown Sauce
Recipe Instructions:
In mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, Ham and/or tongue and seasonings. Melt Butter in Skillet and saute the Mushroom mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms and onions are soft. Stirring in the Brown Sauce, heat for one more minute. Serve over toast or prepared artichoke bottoms. Garnish with parsley.
