Recipes Ingredients:
4-3/4 oz. red onions, pared, cut into thin strips
1 oz. honey
2 tbsp. red Wine vinegar
2-1/2 tbsp. red wine
1 oz. diced rhubarb
1/2 oz. dried figs
Recipe Instructions:
Place onions, honey, vinegar and Wine in pot; heat to simmering. Simmer until onions are quite soft. Remove onions, reserve. Heat liquid to boiling; reduce to Syrup consistency. Add reserved onions; fold in rhubarb and figs. Simmer for 10 minutes. Reserve warm.
