Baked Bulgur with Pecans

Recipes Ingredients:

1 c Bulgur wheat, uncooked
1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Dried basil
2 c Boiling water
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Chopped pecans

Recipe Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 1 quart Baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray. Place bulgur, basil, salt and pepper in prepared Baking dish. Add boiling water and mix well. Cover tightly and bake 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork, add pecans, and mix well. Serve hot.
