Recipes Ingredients:
2 c Cornmeal
1 ts Salt
1 c All purpose flour
2 c Buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c Sugar
3 tb Oil or bacon drippings
1 ts Baking soda
Recipe Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients; blend in Milk and oil. Spoon into lightly greased 9" X 5" loaf pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 mins; let cool 5 mins before removing from pan. Mrs. William LaViolette
