Cream Waffles

Recipes Ingredients:

2 c Sour cream
1 ts Baking soda
2 ea Eggs; beaten separately
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Flour
1 tb Cornmeal; optional

Recipe Instructions:

Mix beaten Egg yolks with sour cream. Sift dry ingredients and combine with first mixture. Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs. Bake at once on Hot Waffle iron. Source: Mrs. Howard Rowles, Pleasant Grange, Fairfield County, OH
