Potato Griddle Cakes

Recipes Ingredients:

2 c Potatoes; grated
1 ts Baking powder
1 ea Egg; beaten
1 ts Salt; level
1/2 c Flour; sifted
1/8 ts Pepper

Recipe Instructions:
