Fresh shrimp heads, and/or
6 Celery stalks, cut into
Shells, lobster heads, and
2 inch pieces
Or shells, fresh Fish bones.
2 md Onions, peeled and quartered
Use ingredients singly or in
2 Garlic cloves
Combination.
1/2 Lemon
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in large Sauce pan or Stockpot and bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on strength of flavor desired. Strain before using.
