Roasted Pork

Recipes Ingredients:

2 Medium Onions, quartered
2 ts Black pepper
1 Medium Red pepper, sliced
1 ts Garlic powder
1 Medium Green pepper, sliced
1 ts Cayenne pepper
1 c Mushrooms
1/4 ts White pepper
2 Medium Potatoes, quartered
4 lb Boneless Pork loin roast
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Water

Recipe Instructions:

Combine Vegetables and seasoning except black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Place roast in a large roasting pan, fat side up. Sprinkle with black pepper. Pour water over roast and add vegetables. Cook uncovered at 375 degrees for 3 hours or until a Meat thermometer 160 degrees.
