Recipes Ingredients:
3 lbs. ricotta cheese, drained
5 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Use a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Place half of each of the ingredients in the bowl and process until smooth. Mound this batch into a greased loaf pan. Repeat process with remaining portion of the ingredients and add to the loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes or until Cake is spongy to the touch. Cool and unmold. Slice and serve.
