Chocolate Mousse

Recipes Ingredients:

1 c Half and half,scalded
1 ea Pinch of salt
1 c Chocolate chips
1 tb Creme de menthe
1 ea Egg
2 c Whipped cream

Recipe Instructions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in Blender container. Process on high for 1 minute. Pour into serving dishes. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream.
