1 Onion, chopped
1 Red cabbage
1/4 pt Red wine
2 tb Simple syrup
Juice of one lemon
2 Apples, peeled and sliced
Salt
Recipe Instructions:
1>. Melt the Butter in a pan and add the shredded cabbage and syrup; brown over a low flame, stirring constantly.
