Medallions

Recipes Ingredients:

3 oz. olive oil
2 oz. sesame oil
1/2 oz. soy sauce
1/2 oz. Rice Wine vinegar
1 oz. ginger root, minced
12 (3-oz.) Ahi tuna medallions
mixed sesame seeds, as needed

Recipe Instructions:

Combine olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, Rice Wine vinegar and ginger root in flat ceramic dish. Add tuna; marinate for 10 minutes. Remove tuna; pat excess liquid from surface.
