Salmon Mousse

Recipes Ingredients:

4 oz. ground salmon
1 Egg white
3 tbsp. heavy cream
1 white Bread slice, crust removed,
finely chopped
1 tbsp. parsley or dill, chopped
Nutmeg, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Instructions:

Make sure salmon, Egg white and cream are well chilled. Place Salmon in chilled Blender or food processor; process until smooth. Gradually incorporate Egg white and cream; blend in remaining ingredients. Check consistency; refrigerate.
