Recipes Ingredients:
1 lb Crabmeat
1 x Parsley or green pepper
2 ea Eggs, separated & beaten
1/2 ts Tabasco
1 1/2 c White sauce
1 x Salt/pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Separate the eggs. Add beaten yolks to white sauce. Mix all ingredients and fold in Egg whites. Bake in 375 degree Oven until brown, about 20 minutes. Mrs. William W. Prentice
