Castle Stuffed Peppers

Recipes Ingredients:

10 White Castle hamburgers
1/4 ts Chili powder
3 lg Green peppers
1 Dash Tobasco (R) sauce
2 Eggs
1 Jar of your favorite salsa
1/4 ts Cumin

Recipe Instructions:

Cut peppers in half lengthwise and core. Chop up hamburgers and mix in eggs, Chili powder, cumin and Tobasco. Stuff peppers and place in Baking dish. Top with Salsa and cover. Bake at 350 deg F. for 45 minutes. Ellen Garvey, Bridgewater, New Jersey
