Chicken Italian (Low Salt,low Fat)

Recipes Ingredients:

3 lb Skinned Chicken breasts
2 Cloves garlic,crushed
2 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Oregano
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Dry white wine

Recipe Instructions:

pepper to taste If using whole chicken, cut Chicken in half. Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients. Soak Chicken for 10 minutes. Bake in greased pan @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4.
