Mustard/wine Marinated Lamb Chops

Recipes Ingredients:

4 ea Sirloin Lamb chops 1" thick
1 ts Salt
3 tb Stone ground mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Red wine

Recipe Instructions:

Rub both sides of chops with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with Wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Rub again with mustard just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
