Lois s Meat Loaf

Recipes Ingredients:

2 lb Meat loaf mix (Ground Beef,
3/4 c Water
Pork, & Veal) 1
ts Salt
1 pk Onion Soup mix
1 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 c Italian Bread crumbs
1/2 ts Pepper
2 Eggs
Ketchup (optional)

Recipe Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. 2. Spray Baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking. 3. Shape into loaf; place in pan; Spread ketchup over top. 4. Bake 1 hour, *or until done* at 350øF. From the Kitchen of Lois Flack, Cyberealm BBS, Watertown, NY.
