Homemade Cracker Jack (Carmelcorn)

Recipes Ingredients:

1/2 c Honey
6 c Popped corn
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 c Shelled peanuts

Recipe Instructions:

Heat honey and shortening in a Saucepan until blended. Cool. Pour over Popcorn which has been mixed with peanuts, stirring as you pour. When well-coated, Spread on a pan in a single layer. Bake at 350 5-10 min until crisp, sitrring several times. The difference between crisp (not brown) and burnt can be a matter of minutes. Package in plastic bags and twist-tie.
