Toasted Pecans

Recipes Ingredients:

1/2 POUND YIELD

2 oz. margarine
8 oz. pecan halves
1/2 tsp. salt

Recipe Instructions:

Preheat Oven 350 degrees. Melt Margarine in saucepan. Stir pecans in melted Margarine until they are thoroughly coated. Spread pecans on a Cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring once. Remove from oven. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Let cool and serve. Store in airtight container.
