Vegetable Couscous

Recipes Ingredients:

2 cups chopped tomatoes
(about
2 large)
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon olive or Vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
5 cups Hot cooked couscous
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions:

Heat all ingredients except couscous and Cheese to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Serve over couscous. Sprinkle with cheese. 6 servings
