Glazed Baby Turnips
Maple-Baked Spaghetti Squash

Recipe Instructions:

TO SERVE Scoop flesh from squash; place on plate. Place double chop on squash; arrange Baby turnips on plate. Chops can also be served with good-quality honey mustard. NOTES Season: Spring, Summer, Fall Food cost: Low to moderate Special Ingredients: If Baby turnips have greens attached, trim and rinse greens. Cut chiffonade and blanch with quartered turnips; toss with glaze and serve combined with turnips.
