Sweet - Sour Meat

Recipes Ingredients:

1 sm Green pepper
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Fat or oil
1 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Sugar
3 tb Raisins
1 tb Cornstarch
2/3 c Cut-up cooked chicken,
2/3 c Chicken, turkey or meat
Turkey, Beef or pork
Broth

Recipe Instructions:

Cut green pepper in 1" pieces.Cook slowly in fat or oil in a heated fry pan about 10 minutes,until tender.Mix Sugar and cornstarch.Mix in broth,vinegar and soy sauce;add to green pepper.Cook over medium heat,stirring until Sauce is clear and thickened.Add Meat and raisins.Heat.Serves 2.
