Pesto Sauce

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
mushrooms, sliced, sauteed, to taste
cooked lobster meat, to taste
6 Baby artichokes, blanched, cut in half

Recipe Instructions:

TO SERVE Spoon pesto Sauce onto plate; arrange 2 polenta shapes on sauce. Top with mushrooms and lobster meat; spoon additional Sauce over. Garnish with artichokes halves. NOTES Season: Year round Food cost: Moderate
